AutomationFlow began in winter 2024, after one of our co-founders joined a consulting project in Denmark for a global construction-materials leader. The company had a clear ambition to use AIbut like many established organizations, the cost and disruption of changing existing workflows made implementation difficult.

That experience made one thing obvious: the gap isn’t interest in AIit’s execution.

Since then, AI capabilities have improved rapidly, and modern low-code automation platforms have made it possible to build reliable systems without the heavy cost of traditional transformation programs. We started AutomationFlow to help companies implement AI in a practical, business-first waycustom solutions that fit how teams already work, deliver measurable operational improvements, and stay accessible to organizations of any size.

In February 2025, we signed our first consulting engagement. Very quickly, we saw the same pattern: teams didn’t just need advice, they needed solutions that actually run. That’s when we chose to move beyond consulting and focus on designing and building systems.

With a co-founder who is an architect and has deep experience in project delivery, we’re intentionally bridging the gap between the design and technology worlds. We understand the realities of architecture, interior, and design-build environmentstight timelines, constant coordination, and high expectations and we translate that into workflows and AI agents that reduce friction and keep work moving.

Businesses today are no longer bound to SaaS ready made solutions that might be too complex for their needs, they rather need systems to work according to their unique organizational needs.
